This conditioning program is designed to be the optimal low impact, high intensity, total body workout. Utilizing the Concept2 indoor rower, this 45 minute long program guides you through a challenging interval routine, intended to push your conditioning to the next level.

For first time rowers, you’ll receive experienced guidance on how best to use the rower, and the proper body mechanics to get the most out of your experience. If you are a veteran rower, come join us on our guided challenges that combine rowing and complex body weight exercises that are certain to test your limits.
